Refund Policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after a purchase to request a refund. After downloading the digital product there is no refunds.

To start a refund process, you can contact us at care.usbydesign@gmail.com. Once your request is processed, the money will be refunded within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at care.usbydesign@gmail.com.


I just placed an order, when will I get it?
After completing your purchase, your digital product will be delivered electronically via email to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery typically occurs immediately, but in some cases may take a few minutes depending on payment processing or email service delays.

Please be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. If you experience any issues receiving your product, you can contact us and we’ll help ensure you get access.

All products offered by Us By Design are digital products. No physical items are shipped.



I entered the wrong email address, can i fix it?
If you have misspelled or auto filled an incorrect email address, press on the "contact us" button on the top section and send us a message letting us know the issue along with the correct email address. If the digital product has already been downloaded then we might not be able to resend it to new email address.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel and refund your order within 30 days without any penalty at all before it gets downloaded. To cancel an order, click on the "contact us" button on the top section and mention that you want a cancellation and refund along with your order number, or click on the chat button on the bottom right corner and choose the option that says "Issue with my order", and state the issue along with your order ID. Order ID can be found in the order confirmation sent to your email.

If the item has already been downloaded or 30 days has passed, then a cancelation and refund cannot be done.
